About the role

As a Process Planner, you will play a key role in planning and optimizing the scheduling of our beer and cider production. You will work with processes within the brewhouse, cellar, filtration, and mixing to ensure that the right products are available at the right time. Through collaboration with production planning and sales strategy, you will contribute to an efficient and balanced production process.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing the scheduling of our beverage production, always keeping customer deliveries and supply chain limitations in mind to maintain the right inventory levels. You will ensure that production schedules are updated and functioning optimally. By managing and prioritizing production, you will ensure that work flows smoothly and efficiently. You will administer and develop our planning tools and models while carefully monitoring capacity, key performance indicators, and making ongoing optimizations to the planning.

Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, it is advantageous if you have previous experience in similar roles within brewing, other process industries, or for example traffic planning or resource planning. You are a skilled communicator with an analytical and strategic ability to plan and optimize processes. We prefer that you have a good understanding of flows and logistics as well as the ability to see the big picture and identify connections. Furthermore, you are a solution-focused and self-driven person who enjoys taking responsibility and collaborating to achieve the best possible results. Experience with business systems is an advantage, and good knowledge of Excel is seen as a plus.
